C-TEC Youth Services is a collaborative effort managed by Clackamas Education Service District. C-TEC Youth Services is an eligibility based program that provides education, employment, and training support for low-income youth in Clackamas County. The Clackamas Workforce Partnership provides the primary funding for C-TEC Youth Services under the Workforce Investment Act (WIA).
Summer Youth Program
The Summer Youth Academy (SYA) builds connections between Clackamas County youth and local employers through summer internships. It introduces employers to the emerging workforce as well as improving the employability of young workers through soft-skills and technical skills training.

Job Corps is a free education and training program that helps young people learn a career, earn a high school diploma or GED, and find and keep a good job. For eligible young people at least 16 years of age that qualify as low income, Job Corps provides the all-around skills needed to succeed in a career and in life.
