Dan Gilbert says, Why are we happy?

1. We are really bad at predicting our future and whether something will make us happy.
2. Happiness can be synthesized.  We think it is something to be found, but we actually create it.
3. We think that synthetic happiness we create is less valuable than natural happiness.
